Return / Refund Policy

If your order is damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Opened Ayurvedic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
